3) Shipping conditions
We ship in most contries. Our shipping costs are calculated as close as possible from the real shipping price. We also ship into short delays. In most of the case you will receive your order in less than 5 days.
When ordering, please make sure you select the correct destination country before completing your order, as this will enable the system to quote you the correct delivery charges.
Also, the country of delivery determines the amount of the duty and excise taxes applicable to that country, which will automatically be included in the amount that will be charged to you.
4) How the contract is formed
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the "Confirmation"). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute, or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulant means.
5) Prices and Payment
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our web site from time to time, except in the case of obvious errors. All prices are inclusive of VAT when needed. For delivery cost, please see point 2. Please note that all payments will be debited in Euros.
You shoud pay any order by credit card, check (only for french customers), bank to bank transfert or Paypal service. However, delivery of any goods ordered from our website is subject to pre-payment authorisation.

We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
67) Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must FIRST notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
8) Warranty
We warrant that any product purchased through our web site is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, you should state these on our carrier's delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints you may have within 48 hours. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order.
9) Our Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. This does not include in any way our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by this product, or any other liability to the extent that it may not be included as a matter of law. As a rule, we cannot accept any liability for changes to or defects in the products which are due to the product's manufacturers. We further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable. We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that can remain despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the products.

Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after the Web Request or e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting.
